Returns and refunds policy<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Returning items you order: Our policy is to grant you the right to return any item purchased within 5 days of the date of receipt. The return must be in its original packaging, sealed and in perfect condition.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Before making a return, you must notify our customer service department. If the reason for the return is that the item received does not match the order, Artesan\u00edas de M\u00e9xico will cover all return shipping costs. If the reason for the return is otherwise, we will refund the order amount; however, shipping costs will not be refunded. (If you have any questions about the products, please feel free to ask so we can respond promptly and send you additional information or images for your satisfaction.)<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Returned items will be inspected upon receipt to verify that they have not been improperly handled or damaged. If damage is found, a charge proportional to the extent of the damage will be applied.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We will process your refund within 20 days of receiving your return, using the original payment method.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Order Cancellation: If the order is cancelled before shipment, the customer will not incur any charges and will receive a 100% refund.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Prices published on the website do not include shipping costs unless expressly stated in a specific promotion. Product prices may change at any time without prior notice. Promotions from other sources cannot be combined with those offered on this website.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The customer agrees to provide a valid, verifiable address where the order can be delivered. The address entered in our system must match the shipping address provided in PayPal if payment is made through that platform. If the customer provides an address that the shipping company cannot locate, any additional costs will be the customer’s responsibility.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

All shipments made by us and our suppliers are carefully packaged. If your order arrives with physical damage caused by the courier, you must add a note to the delivery receipt when signing for the courier, indicating that the package shows signs of mishandling (open, dented, punctured, wet box, etc.). Without this note, you are considered to have accepted the package in good condition. If the courier does not allow you to add a note to the delivery receipt, you should NOT accept the package.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
