2. In the product details section, review the features of each one.

3. Add the items you want to your cart. As you add them, you will see them start to accumulate and appear at the top.

Process your purchase by capturing the data requested for billing and shipping address.

You can also call us if you wish to inquire about the price of a personalized product, delivery times, or any questions you may have about an item in our collection.

Delivery and After-Sales Service

For Mexican gifts sold through our website https://xucuri.com, the estimated transit time is 2-7 days, depending on the chosen model, the quantity, and whether it will be personalized. In any case, the estimated delivery time will be indicated when the order is confirmed.

If the estimated time is not sufficient, as handmade gifts are often needed by a specific date, please do not hesitate to contact us by phone or email at shop@xucuri.com to inquire about our Express Shipping service, which can significantly reduce delivery time.

Once the delivery has been made, you must check within a maximum of 7 days that the material we sent you is correct and meets your expectations. If not, please contact us by phone at 442 368 5601 or via email at shop@xucuri.com and we will review your case to provide you with the most effective solution.

Payment Methods

Paypal (Credit Card), bank transfer or deposit.- You can buy and pay as you prefer, just choose the items you are interested in and process the payment.

1) Verify the purchase currency (MXN peso to USD dollar) and press “add to cart”

2) Once you have finished your selection, press on the shopping cart image in the upper right corner.

3) Capture the requested billing and shipping information

4) Select the Shipping and Payment Method (Bank Transfer or Paypal Card Payment) and continue

5) Check that the order information is correct

6) Bank transfer: The system will send you an email with the payment information, and once you have made the payment, send your proof of payment to shop@xucuri.com

7) Payment by card (PayPal): The system will redirect you to PayPal to process your payment, and the system will automatically notify us once it is completed.
